About
Scenery Rock is a natural stone with jagged, angular shapes and layered faces, in earthy gray, brown, beige and tan with hints of orange or red. It suits rocky cliffs, caves, riverbed biotopes and nature-style layouts, and it works for both simple and detailed scapes.
Specs
Type: Natural stone · Color: Gray, brown, beige, tan, some orange or red · Weight: 5 or 10 lb per order · Water: Inert, no change to pH or hardness
Using It
Rinse it well before it goes in. Stack it into towers, caves or slopes, and pair it with sand or gravel for a smooth move from rock to plants. Moss, anubias, java fern and Bucephalandra attach well to the textured surface. The edges look rough but are safe for shrimp and bottom dwellers, and the layers trap biofilm for them to graze.
