Live plants ship Monday to Wednesday (a Wednesday order after 7 a.m. Eastern ships the next week), never during a holiday week or the week before one, and not below 40°F or above 90°F: held orders ship at the next safe break in the weather. Live Arrival Guarantee: if a plant arrives damaged, melted or unhealthy, take 2–3 photos in the unopened sealed bag and email support@mossandmolt.com with your order number within 4 hours of delivery (claims close 48 hours after delivery). You get a replacement, or a refund if it is sold out.
