You get a refund or store credit for the dead fish, or a replacement if you pay the reshipping.

The Fish
The leopard kuhli: an eel-like loach with dark leopard spots. Grows to about 3 inches. Photos show a typical fish, not the exact one you will get.
Origin
Peat swamps of Borneo and Malaysia.
Care Basics
About 73 to 82°F and pH 5.5 to 7.0. A 20-gallon or larger with soft sand and lots of cover. Eats sinking pellets, wafers and frozen bloodworms.
Tank Mates
Peaceful and shy; keep 5 or more. Safe with adult shrimp; may eat the odd shrimplet.
