Within 1 hour of delivery, take a video of the fish in the unopened bag and 3 clear photos of the unopened bag next to the shipping label, then email support@mossandmolt.com with your order number and how many arrived dead. You get a refund or store credit for the dead fish, or a replacement if you pay the reshipping.

The Fish
The giant kuhli: a thick, eel-like loach with bold orange and black bands. Grows to about 4 inches. Photos show a typical fish, not the exact one you will get.
Origin
Rivers and swamps of Southeast Asia.
Care Basics
About 75 to 84°F and pH 5.5 to 7.0. A 30-gallon or larger with soft sand and lots of cover. Eats sinking pellets, wafers and frozen bloodworms.
Tank Mates
Peaceful and shy; keep 5 or more. Safe with adult shrimp; may eat the odd shrimplet.
