About
Smooth, rounded stones shaped by moving water, in solid black to charcoal gray, sometimes with faint lighter streaks. They give a dark, natural riverbed look and make green plants and bright shrimp pop.
Specs
Material: natural river stone · Color: black to charcoal gray · Water effect: inert, won't change pH or hardness · Edges: smooth, no sharp points
Using It
Rinse well to wash off dust. Use the stones for caves, terraces, Iwagumi or rock-only layouts, or scatter them over fine gravel or sand. The smooth surfaces are safe for shrimp, and they collect biofilm for grazing. Stack them firmly so nothing can roll.
