About
Okho Dragon Stone, also sold as Ohko stone or dragon rock, is a favorite for Iwagumi layouts. Its layered face is cut with deep cracks and holes that look like dragon scales, in earthy brown to greenish-gray. It is lighter than most rock, so it is easy to arrange.

Using It
Rinse and scrub off dirt before it goes in, and soak it so trapped air escapes. Build caves, ridges or a focal point. Moss and small plants anchor well in the grooves, and it pairs well with sand, hairgrass or dwarf baby tears. The crevices give shrimp biofilm to graze and places to hide.
