This item is provided by our friends at AquascapeGuide ↗ (opens in a new tab) (Price Matched)
About
Slow-release FZONE root tabs that feed rooted plants through the substrate. Each tab carries nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements, mixed low in nitrogen and phosphorus and high in potassium so plants get the benefit rather than algae.
Specs
Count: 80 tabs per jar
Tab size: 0.8 g
Coverage: about 1 tab per 10 cm of substrate
Lasts: about 2 to 3 months per tab
Using It
Push each tab into the substrate next to the roots. Add new tabs every 2 to 3 months as the old ones run out. AquascapeGuide lists them as safe for shrimp tanks, including Caridina tanks.
