Size
Slow and easy: low to medium light and no CO2. Attach to wood or rock and keep the rhizome above the substrate.

The Plant
Amanda grows dark green leaves with a wavy outline and a fine texture. It's a compact Buce from Borneo that suits nano tanks as well as mid-size ones, and it stays easy to keep.

Plant Care
Type: Rhizome plant · Origin: Borneo, Indonesia · Height: up to 2 in · Light: Low to moderate · CO2: Not required · Temp: 75-82°F · pH: 6.8-7.8

Planting Tips
Mount it on driftwood or stone near the front or middle of the tank, with the rhizome above the substrate. Split the rhizome with clean scissors when you want a second plant.

Why Shrimp Keepers Like It
Small, slow plants like this fit easily into a shrimp-only nano. Shrimp graze the film on its leaves without harming it, and the plant keeps soaking up nitrate between water changes.
