Live Arrival Guarantee: if a snail arrives damaged, dead or unhealthy, take 2–3 photos in the unopened sealed bag and email support@mossandmolt.com with your order number within 4 hours of delivery (claims close 48 hours after delivery). You get a replacement, or a refund if it is sold out.
Snails often stay tucked in their shells after shipping. Take the photos, add them to your tank and give them a few hours.

The Snail
Black devil spike snails (Faunus ater) carry long, glossy black spiral shells that reach about 3.5 in. They come from freshwater lakes in Southeast Asia and usually arrive at 2–3.5 in. These are wild-caught, so small shell marks are normal. You get 2 snails.

Why Shrimp Keepers Like It
They are calm tank mates for shrimp and other snails, and they leave plants alone. They graze algae and clean up leftover food and dead leaves around the clock, and they won't overrun the tank. Feed pellets or zucchini if the tank is very clean, and never use copper.
Tank Mates
Good with: shrimp, other snails and peaceful community fish in warm, hard water. Avoid: loaches, puffers, crayfish, crabs and large cichlids, and tanks kept cool.
